Services

In my role as a therapist, my primary focus is on helping couples and individuals recognize and eliminate negative patterns that influence their self-perception and relationships. I offer Couples Therapy, Marriage Counseling, and Individual Psychotherapy services, uncovering root causes of common issues while also finding practical methods to help you move forward.

My specialized training in Intimacy from the Inside Out and Gottman Method Couples Therapy Level 2 equips me to effectively address common challenges such as constant conflict, codependency, and complex trauma using mindfulness-based techniques. Additionally, I incorporate mindfulness and humanistic therapy to help individuals find new interpretations of past experiences.

Individual Psychotherapy

It's a process that starts with addressing a specific problem you want to fix but ultimately becomes a pathway to personal growth and self-acceptance. Through therapy, you can regain a sense of possibility in all aspects of your life, but the true transformation starts from within.

Therapy for Dentists and Dental Students

As a licensed dentist, I also specialize in dental phobia and career burnout for dentists. I can help you work through your fear of the dentist whether it’s from past trauma or maybe the discomfort of not knowing what the dentist is actually doing in your mouth. I provide individual treatment, tailored specifically to you, to help you overcome your fear of the dentist. You might even want me to come to a dental appointment with you to help with your anticipatory anxieties. From the dentist perspective, the burnout is real. Being a dentist can be exhausting and stressful on so many levels, and having a non-judgemental peer that truly understands to talk to in confidence can help.

You can visit my website dedicated to resources and research around mental health in the dental industry here.
